PROFILE
Daniel Baxter, Principal
Mr. Baxter founded Beartu, LLC in order to provide effective advisory services to building owners and tenants engaged in real estate development activities. He has many years delivering complex real estate planning, design and construction projects on time and on budget.
Mr. Baxter has represented commercial real estate developers, healthcare and research institutions, and corporate tenants in all aspects of development projects. He is a single point of contact for architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, which allows his clients to focus on other priorities.
Mr. Baxter has a unique background perfectly suited for today's environmentally sensitive building designs and construction programs. He has a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Leading up to his career in real estate planning, design and construction, he spent more than 13 years consulting to corporations on complex environmental compliance matters.
